Return Process

Our return window is open for 15 days following your purchase. Should this period elapse, we regret that we cannot provide a refund or exchange. For a return to be considered, initiate the process by reaching out to us at info@kamiapparel.moda before mailing the item back. The item should be in its original, unused condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to complete your return.

Exceptions

Items not in their original state, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Items returned beyond the 15-day period post-delivery are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Refund Procedure

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method or credit card within a specific number of days.

Exchange Policy

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges are only accepted for products of the same type (price).
If the item was a gift sent directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the return's value. A gift certificate will be sent to you once we've received the returned item.

Shipping for Returns

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and is not refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Shipping for Exchanges

After receiving the product for exchange, opting for a replacement incurs no shipping charges for the new item. This means that if you're exchanging for a different size, the shipping cost for the new size is free of charge.
